Full Partnership

CoachDirectors is always on the lookout for outstanding, world-class coaches to join us as ‘full partners’. Only the very best, most talented and most effective senior coaches get chosen to be a full partner and our selection and assessment programme is understandably rigorous. Normally a two-stage process, suitably qualified executive coaches are initially recruited as ‘associate partners’ then promoted to full partner status after an agreed probationary period of continuous mutual assessment. Once invited and accepted as a full partner, the coach then commits to working exclusively through CoachDirectors in return for:

  • Access to some of the most challenging and stimulating work in the business
  • Stakeholdership opportunities through an annual distribution of share options
  • Performance based profit-share scheme
  • An active say in the development of the business
  • Ongoing mutual support and supervision of fellow partners
  • The opportunity to profit from selling-back shares upon retirement

CoachDirectors specialises in leadership coaching for teams and individuals within both public and private sectors. We therefore regard the following qualifications as a minimum for full partners:

  • At least 10 years experience of coaching C-suite leaders
  • Prior experience holding a senior leadership position in an organisation with demonstrable success
  • A blue-chip client list relevant to your specialist sector
  • Advanced qualifications in executive coaching from a leading academy
  • Psychology qualification preferred
  • Impeccable references

Associate Partnership

An ‘associate partnership’ is the most common route into CoachDirectors and ideally suits the executive coach whose ultimate goal is to work their way into the coaching premiership. Even newly qualified coaches are encouraged to apply and our full partners play an active role in the support and supervision of all associate coaching talent whatever their stage of development. We are unashamedly choosy about whose careers we are prepared to invest our time, energy and resources into but equally happy to consider allcomers in our quest to share knowledge and experience for the greater good of the executive coaching industry. Once accepted as an associate partner, a coach will receive:

  • Access to some of the most challenging and stimulating work in the business, appropriate to skills and experience
  • A progressive personal development plan tailored to each individual
  • Continuous training, assessment, development, marketing, systems and community
  • Ongoing mutual support and supervision of fellow partners
  • The potential opportunity to be invited to full partnership

We provide no guarantees of work for associates and we do not expect any ‘exclusivity’ in return. However, we do provide a thriving, stimulating learning community with access to some of the best executive coaching supervision available as well as the potential of access to some work for those suitably qualified. A true meritocracy, wherever you are on your coaching journey our people, systems and resources can provide vital impetus to help speed up your career progression, deepen your knowledge and enrich your experience. CoachDirectors regard the following qualifications as a minimum for associate partners:

  • Prior experience holding a leadership position in an organisation with demonstrable success
  • Qualifications in executive coaching from a leading academy
  • Impeccable references
